See you in 2010!

Today is the last day of work at ECUAD for nearly 2 weeks! I think we all need the break and we'll come back refreshed and renewed. Raf, a FVIM Tech, and I put up walls around the radio workstation in the South Building and while it's a bit tight in there, it makes the space a bit more cozy and better isolates the radio from the rest of the audio lab. We're making baby steps to a better station, one foot then the other. I've added an automated archiving system that I can control with schedules, so no more missing episodes (unless the archiving machine crashes)! Bobbi Kozinuk, a Tech in IDS, came in yesterday to fine-tune the transmitter for the AM part of our broadcast. It sounds great if you're near the island and tune into 88.59 AM.
Anyway, thanks to the few followers we have gained and I wish the best for everyone in the new year.
Matt
