Welcome to the Umpteenth Installment of:
Sit Down, Plug In: Stand-Up
This Week's Theme:
Comedy Albums made in the 2000's that pertain to governmental pitfalls, advertising woes, societal problems etc. that still prove as relevant as ever
A.K.A
Laughing to Keep Away The Tears
This episode features two comedians.
First up:
David Cross
You may recognize him from many things
(i.e. Arrested Devlopment(rip), I'm Not There, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind)
He's an actor-comedian constantly on the move
(also dating Traveling Pants of the Yaya Sisterhood superstar, Amber Tamblyn(wut?))
The long and short of it is, I like his voice. And his bald frankness.
I hope you enjoy his 2004 album: It's Not Funny
Cuz it's not.
Up Next
THE ONE THE ONLY
MARC MARON

I guess if there was a second theme of the night it would be:
Male Comedians that wear plaid and glasses.
Hip to the square.
Marc Maron has also done an array of things, but mostly his AWESOME Podcast
He interviews an array of amazing people and things
with a dark perspective.
Plus, he's from Albuquerque.
Can I get a what-what.
What.
Yep.
2006 album: Tickets Still Available
PEACE.

this blog is very confusing. where can i find a program schedule?
Yes, it may be somewhat confusing. For now, I've just put up a schedule on the right hand side, above the list of shows. I hope this helps.
We will have a new site up for fall 2011.
Thanks,
Matt
